With almost 30 years experience in the auto industry, Ian is the General Manager and Service Advisor . He is great with customers and has the technical knowledge to explain things in detail to better help our customers understand the repairs they may be faced with. He is a highly skilled welder and fabricator and enjoys motorcycles, photography and spending time outdoors with his wife and son.

Sheila

Service Advisor/Customer Service Manager

Sheila is the welcoming voice on the phone and likely the person who will greet you upon arrival at our facility. With an extensive background in hospitality and customer service, she is an excellent fit for our operation, and customers love her. She has attended multiple training events to further her product knowledge and is a rockstar at her job. In her spare time, she enjoys art, hiking, and family time with her fiance and two children.

Shop Foreman/Master Certified Mercedes Technician

Master Certified Mercedes Technician with almost 25 years of Mercedes specific experience. Tom was a shop foreman at a local Mercedes dealership before joining our team. Aside from being an expert with modern Mercedes electrical systems he gained extensive hands-on training with classic Mercedes models from other master Mercedes technicians at the dealership who were factory-trained on those models when new, prior to their retirement. Tom is an avid boater and camper. He is also a proud owner of multiple classic Mercedes vehicles.

Master Certified Mercedes Technician with almost 25 years of Mercedes specific experience. Former MD state vehicle inspector and UTI graduate specifically trained in Mercedes before joining a local dealership in 2002. He is an excellent fit for our busy shop. A father to 1 daughter, he enjoys motorcycling, snow mobiles, hunting and golf.

Chris was a shop foreman and MD state vehicle inspector at a local Mercedes dealership before joining our team. He has all the available Mercedes dealer specific training possible thru 2025, including hybrid and electric vehicles and brings a wealth of knowledge. He is a dedicated father of 3 and enjoys travel and live music. We are thrilled to have him onboard!

Fernando has been in the auto repair industry for almost 20 years, including technician and service writer positions. He has been running our parts department for a few years now and is a critical key to our facility’s smooth and efficient operation. One of the unsung heros in the operation. In his spare time, you will usually find him enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two children, likely at a secret fishing hole.
