Our modern and CLEAN 7,500 sq/ft facility is conveniently located in Westminster MD and has multiple 15,000lb capacity, extra tall lifts specifically for Sprinter vehicles. Comprehensive Sprinter & Metris Repair Services

At Mercedes Specialists we know that most Sprinter/Metris vehicles are used for commercial purposes and that when your Sprinter/Metris isn’t on the road, your business likely isn’t making money. Mercedes-Benz Service A ($199)

  • Engine oil change and oil filter replacement:
    Includes Motul fully synthetic oil (meeting proper OEM specification and viscosity recommended by Mercedes Benz for your specific year/model vehicle, OEM “fleece” oil filter)
  • Lubrication service:
    Includes hood hinges, lock cylinders, striker plates and top off all under hood fluids.
  • Cooling system inspection:
    Includes antifreeze protection level, hoses and clamps.
  • Brake inspection:
    Includes check of pad thickness and condition of discs, fluids and lines.
  • Function check:
    Includes warning lamps, headlights, exterior lights, seat belts, windshield wiper and washer system
  • Vehicle electrical inspection:
    Includes connection of Mercedes specific diagnosis computer to vehicle to clear any erroneous fault/errors and to check for any preventative repairs. **Does NOT include diagnosis of any found system faults**
  • 20 point safety and mechanical inspection
  • Inspect tire tread depth, condition, and correct tire pressure
  • Inspect for any additional manufacturer recommended maintenance items due by time/mileage
  • Install fuel injection system cleaning additive
  • Reset service indicator light

Mercedes-Benz Service B ($475)

Sheila is the welcoming voice on the phone and likely the person who will greet you upon arrival at our facility. With an extensive background in hospitality and customer service, she is an excellent fit for our operation, and customers love her. She has attended multiple training events to further her product knowledge and is a rockstar at her job. In her spare time, she enjoys art, hiking, and family time with her fiance and two children.

Master Certified Mercedes Technician with almost 25 years of Mercedes specific experience. Tom was a shop foreman at a local Mercedes dealership before joining our team. Aside from being an expert with modern Mercedes electrical systems he gained extensive hands-on training with classic Mercedes models from other master Mercedes technicians at the dealership who were factory-trained on those models when new, prior to their retirement. Tom is an avid boater and camper. He is also a proud owner of multiple classic Mercedes vehicles.
